We offer two UK shipping options:

• Standard Tracked (2-4 business days):
  - Free for subscription orders
  - Free for one-time orders over £50
  - £4.95 for one-time orders under £50
  
  
• Next Business Day* (1-2 business days)
  - £5.95 for one-time orders and subscriptions

International shipping prices vary

International shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on location. We only ever charge the actual cost on shipping, so these are the current market rates to your home.

From our Founder Matt "Shipping is always the challenge for any ecommerce business, my personal recommendation is to buy more than one item, not because we make more money, it's more the fact that shipping prices are fixed up to 0.5kg to 1kg, so you will pay the same cost regardless of the number of items."

Disclaimer : All orders are sent Door to Door, so should arrive at your stated address and most order arrive without a problem.

International Customers

Envivo Biotics are not responsible for products that may be banned in your country or have special requirements to clear customs. We ask that you contact your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be cleared through customs without special import permits or prescriptions.

If for any reason the package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charge or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Any orders abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason will not be refunded. This includes lack of import permits, prescriptions, or refusal to pay duties, taxes, or broker fees by the customer (when required) or because the item is banned by your country.

When will my order be shipped?

We do our very best to get your order to you as soon as we can. 

All UK orders for standard delivery will be shipped between 2-4 working days
If you have selected our next day delivery option, orders must be placed by 1pm (Monday-Friday) to be delivered on the next business day. (UK only)
